Important Reminders

Demographic Verification and Annual Authorization

If you have not completed your Demographic Verification forms and Annual Authorization Forms online, please do so today.

Alberta Education mandates that these forms be completed on a yearly basis.  The deadline for these forms has passed.

Please log onto your MyCBE account and complete these documents. If you are having trouble doing so, please call or stop by the office and Tammy will help you with your account. Your MyCBE account is the same account you use to view report cards and attendance records, to book conferences, to pay fees and to apply for waivers.

Lunch Supervision

If your child stays at the school at lunch time please register for lunch supervision. The drop in fee for lunch supervision is $5.00 per day per student and will be applied for those students not registered. Lunch supervision fees and student fees will appear on your MyCBE account by the end of October. 

If you require a waiver for your fees, please submit the request as soon as possible through your MyCBE account.  Waiver requests need to be submitted each school year.  If you require assistance please call the office.

Volunteering

To volunteer at the school you are required to have a current Calgary Police Service Clearance. To start this process please stop by the office with your Government Issued ID that includes a picture. If you already have a current police check registered at the school please complete the Annual Volunteer Registration on your MyCBE account.  You will need your own MyCBE account to register; two people cannot complete the annual registration form on one MyCBE account.

Meet the Teacher

Meet the teacher will take place on Wednesday, September 24. You do not need to register for this.

The photo proofs from picture day have been sent home today. Please check your child's backpack.
